Consultations

We are confident that you will find your consultation in our office to be one of the most thorough assessments you have undergone in regard to your overall health, and specifically the health of your spinal column and nervous system. Our procedures are geared toward the detection and correction of the “Vertebral Subluxation,” also known as “Subluxation.” Therefore, the procedures we use are selected specifically for your spine and nervous system health.

Patient Forms

Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of the family. We will request that you complete and bring with you a copy of our New Patient Application form, located below. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on conditions from which you may be suffering.

Consultation

Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Molly Casey to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential care options. This initial visit allows Dr. Casey to learn about you, your level of health, and any conditions you may be suffering from, as well as explore whether chiropractic care can help you experience greater health.

Examination

Upon completion of the consultation, Dr. Casey will perform a complete chiropractic examination as well as orthopedic, neurological, postural, and additional physical tests. Palpation, or checking your spine by hand, will be performed. A full health history and presentation of current conditions will take place at this time.

Spinal X-rays

Aside from a handful of situations (pregnancy, most children and/or recent applicable films), x-rays are a common part of the examination process when looking for vertebral subluxations. X-rays give us important information about the position of the spinal bones, the quality of the health of the spine, and the safety of adjusting it. X-rays also tell us the relative length of time subluxations may have been present. All of this information along with the examination findings allows Dr. Casey to make a more accurate determination of the type of adjustments your spine requires, as well as time and frequency for true correction, recovery, and optimal health.

Report of Findings

After completion of the examination, you will be scheduled for a “Report of Findings,” normally within 48 hours of your initial visit. This visit is your most important visit and may take up to one hour. Your x-rays will be explained to you in detail during this visit. It is at your Report of Findings that we will give you a care plan and address any special instructions you will need to obtain the best and most rapid results. We have set aside specific times for these visits so as not to interfere with regular patient care hours. Our staff will schedule your Report of Findings with you after your first visit.

Our chiropractic care makes use of the most modern chiropractic analytical and adjustment procedures available. We consider subluxations to be a serious threat to you and your family in regard to the quality of your health and quantity of your years lived. Therefore, it is imperative that we employ the most modern, and the well-established time-proven procedures to help you. We feel you're worth it!
